Welcome to Vintage PosterShow.com. 

We have created this site to share our passion for the beautiful and diverse world of vintage advertising posters. Our aim is to assist those interested in learning more about the origins of the art form and the master artists by integrating information and images into a user friendly format.

We wish to impress on our visitors a basic understanding of the wide range of styles and artists who have created these vintage posters. Unlike many other online poster galleries we are not just a database of posters for sale. Postershow allows the user to view both the history of the poster as well as the database side by side.

PosterShow was launched in February 2000 with sections devoted to French, Italian, Swiss, War and Propaganda, since then we have added Soviet posters, Art Deco, Art Nouveau and Cappiello poster sites. The Postershow family is growing. Look for Jazz Posters and Car poster coming up!!!
